1. Tour Application
Reservations are accepted via the application form on this website or by email. For an official reservation, a deposit of 50% of the tour price is required. The official reservation (contract) with the organizing company (Moroccan local corporation) is established upon confirmation of your payment.
2. Tour Prices and Payment
2.1 What is included in the tour price
Please refer to the “What is included in the tour price” section in the official reservation guide email.
2.2 Price Basis and Payment Methods
Base Currency: Tour prices are billed based on the Euro (EUR).
Deposit: 50% of the total tour price. Upon confirmation of your application, please pay by international bank transfer to the designated local bank account in Morocco. We strongly recommend using “Wise”, which minimizes transfer fees and allows for quick confirmation of receipt. All bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.
Payment of the Balance: The remaining 50% of the balance must be paid in cash to the driver or staff locally on the first day of the tour.
Accepted Currencies and Exchange Rates: The balance can be paid in Japanese Yen (JPY), Euro (EUR), or Moroccan Dirham (MAD). If you choose to pay in a currency other than the Euro, we will convert it using our company’s prescribed exchange rate (a unique rate that includes administrative fees added to the prevailing market rate).
3. Modification and Cancellation of Contract
3.1 Cancellation Fees
If you cancel your reservation for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply.
(Note: All cancellation dates and times are calculated based on Moroccan local time.)
| Cancellation Date | Cancellation Fee |
| Up to 31 days prior to the tour start date | 10% (as planning and administrative fees) |
| 30 days to 8 days prior to the tour start date | 50% (the full amount of the received deposit) |
| 7 days prior to the start date / No-show | 100% (the full amount of the total tour price) |
[Special Notes on Cancellation Fees]
Even for cancellations made 31 days or more in advance, a 10% fee is charged for itinerary creation, facility reservations, and bank administrative procedures.
For cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date, local arrangements (riads, private vehicles, etc.) are already confirmed and are generally non-refundable. Therefore, the full deposit will be applied to the cancellation fee.
3.2 Itinerary Modifications
We will accommodate requests for changes to the itinerary or accommodations after the reservation is confirmed as much as possible. However, any modification fees and actual costs incurred due to the changes will be borne by the customer.
4. Local Support and Scope of Responsibility
4.1 Operating Entity
The organizer and contracting party for this tour is the Moroccan local corporation, Atlas Travel & Riad (Representative: Bahir Abdelilah). The contact desk in Japan (LUNA Co., Ltd.) only handles administrative procedures and language support, and holds no responsibility for tour operations nor any authority as a contracting party.
4.2 Centralization of Communication
For any changes, cancellations, or trouble reports during the tour, please contact the local person in charge in Morocco directly. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for misunderstandings caused by unofficial communication methods or requests made through third parties.
4.3 Disclaimer
Tour contents may be changed or canceled due to force majeure (weather, traffic, religious events, natural disasters, or terrorism). The organizing company will make every effort to minimize inconvenience, but we cannot be held responsible for additional costs or damages (e.g., missed accommodations or shortened tours) due to flight delays or other external factors.
5. Handling of Complaints and Troubles
If a problem occurs during the tour, please report it immediately to the driver or the local person in charge on the spot. We may not be able to respond to claims made after the tour has ended, as fact verification becomes difficult.
6. Mandatory Overseas Travel Insurance
To prepare for unexpected illnesses, injuries, theft, or flight delays, you must purchase comprehensive overseas travel insurance that includes a “Travel Alteration Expense Coverage Rider” before departure. Our company assumes no responsibility for damages incurred due to failure to enroll in insurance.
7. Handling of Personal Information
Customer personal information will be used exclusively for travel arrangements and safety management. It will be managed appropriately and will not be provided to third parties without your consent.
