1. Tour Application

Reservations are accepted via the application form on this website or by email. For an official reservation, a deposit of 50% of the tour price is required. An official reservation (contract) with the Organizing Company (Moroccan Corporation) is established after confirming the payment. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Tour Price and Payment

2.1 Included in the Tour Price

Please check the “Included in the Tour Price” section in the email sent when guiding you through the official reservation.

2.2 Payment Method

Reservations and inquiries are accepted from the application form on this website.
For an official reservation, a deposit of 50% of the tour price is required. The deposit is part of the tour price and will be applied to cancellation fees, etc.
After confirming your application details, the Japan Desk (LUNA) will send a confirmation email with the transfer amount on behalf of the Moroccan head office. Please transfer the specified amount.
Once the payment is confirmed by the Japan Desk, a reservation confirmation will be sent by email.
Deposits can be made via Paypal or to a payment collection agency account in Japan (compatible with JPY).
Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. Credit card payments via Paypal may incur fees.
The remaining balance of the tour price must be paid in cash to the driver on site on the day of departure.

3. Contract Modification / Cancellation

3.1 Cancellation Fees

  • Up to 30 days before departure: Free
  • 30 to 7 days before departure: 50% of the tour price
  • From 7 days before departure: 100% of the tour price

3.2 Itinerary Changes

The Organizing Company will accommodate changes to the itinerary or accommodations as much as possible. Actual costs incurred due to changes (accommodation change fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Local Response and Scope of Responsibility

4.1 Operating Entity

The organizer and contracting party for this tour is a Moroccan corporation. The Japan Desk (LUNA Co., Ltd.) provides only administrative procedures and language support, and has no responsibility for tour operations or authority as a contracting party. In addition, the domestic settlement account in Japan is in the name of the payment collection agent for the Moroccan corporation (Bahir Fouad).

4.2 Centralization of Communication, Judgment, and Instructions

Please be sure to contact the local manager in Morocco directly for changes, cancellations, or trouble reports during the tour. The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for misunderstandings or troubles caused by unofficial means of communication or requests made through third parties.

4.3 Disclaimers

Tour contents may be changed or canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, local facility circumstances, religious events, force majeure, etc. The Organizing Company will always try its best not to inconvenience customers, but refunds or compensation for such changes will generally not be provided. In addition, the Organizing Company is not responsible for damages or inconveniences caused by language misunderstandings or customer judgments/actions.

5. Handling Complaints and Troubles

If a problem occurs during the tour, please contact the local manager in Morocco promptly. If a claim is made after returning home without a report on site, the Organizing Company may not be able to respond.

6. Overseas Travel Insurance

Damages such as illness, injury, theft, or loss during the tour, and corresponding responses are the customer’s self-responsibility. Please be sure to purchase overseas travel insurance before departure.

7. Handling of Personal Information

Customers’ personal information will be used only for the purpose of travel arrangements and safety management. It will not be provided to third parties without the consent of the person in question.
