This page summarizes the booking method, travel conditions, cancellation policy, payment methods, and disclaimers for tours operated by Atlas Travel & Riad . Please read carefully for a safe and comfortable trip.

1. Booking

Reservations are accepted through our website application form or by email. A deposit of 50% of the tour price is required to confirm your booking. Your booking (contract) is finalized upon our confirmation of payment. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.

2. Tour Price & Payment

2.1 Included

  • Please refer to the “Items Included in the Tour Price” section in the email you received when we sent the official booking information.

2.2 Payment

  • Reservations are accepted through the application form on our website.
  • A deposit of 50% of the tour price is required to confirm your booking.
  • The deposit is part of the total travel fee and will be applied towards cancellation charges if applicable.
  • After your reservation, we will send you a confirmation email with the payment details. Please make the required payment accordingly.
  • Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we will send you an email confirming your booking.
  • The deposit can be paid via PayPal or bank transfer (to a Japanese bank account).
  • Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Credit card payments via PayPal are possible; additional fees may apply.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in cash to the driver on the day of departure.

3. Changes & Cancellation

3.1 Cancellation Fees

  • Until 30 days before departure: Free
  • 30–7 days before departure: 50% of tour price
  • After 7 days before departure: 100% of tour price

3.2 Itinerary Changes

  • We will accommodate itinerary or accommodation changes as much as possible.
  • Any actual costs incurred (hotel change fees, transport change fees, etc.) are borne by the customer.

4. Local Operations & Responsibility

4.1 Operator

This tour is operated by the Moroccan registered company TAOINZA TRANSPORT MOROCCO. All contractual and legal responsibilities belong to the Moroccan entity.

4.2 Single Point of Contact

During the tour, for changes, cancellations, or incident reports, please contact the responsible manager directly. The company is not responsible for issues arising from unofficial channels or through third parties.

4.3 Limitation of Liability

Due to weather, traffic, local facility circumstances, religious events, or force majeure, the tour contents may change or be canceled. Refunds or compensation are generally not provided. The company is not liable for losses or inconveniences arising from language misunderstandings or the customer’s own decisions/actions.

5. Complaints / Incident Reporting

If any problem occurs during your trip, please promptly contact the responsible manager. Claims raised only after returning home without on-site report may not be supported.

6. Travel Insurance

Illness, injury, theft, or loss during the tour is the customer’s responsibility. Please obtain overseas travel insurance before departure.

7. Privacy

Personal data will be used solely for travel arrangements and safety management, and will not be provided to third parties without consent.
